This is an updated version of the problem set which includes an explanation of different types of dominant alleles (in question 2). The questions aren’t different, but this should clarify what question 2 is asking for. Here is the doc and pdf.

Problem set 4 is now up. Because we were one day late in getting it to you, it is due at 5pm on Tuesday, November 17. Drop it off at Josh’s desk in the Weissman lab (4th floor of QB3), where there will be an inbox. If he’s not there, ask his labmates where he sites.
