CHR & IACUC COMPLIANCE Key personnel listed on a grant application must also be listed on the approved CHR or IACUC protocol, if relevant. NIH PUBLIC ACCESS PROCEDURES As of 5/25/08, all investigators funded by the NIH must submit to PubMed Central an electronic version of their final, peer-reviewed manuscripts no later than 12 months after the official date of publication. All MSS without PMIC numbers must be submitted to the NIH Manuscript Submission System (NIHMS) as soon as accepted for publication. The resulting NIHMSID number will be acceptable for 12 months, giving time for the PMIC number assignment. The NIHMSID is required for pubs reported on progress reports when the PMIC-ID is not yet available. PUBLICATIONS listed on NIH BIOSKETCH forms should include freely available URLs or PMC ID numbers.
