Simple DAPI Staining Protocol

1. sonicate
2. spin cells down
3. wash 1X PBS
4. fix with 70% EtOH for 20minutes room temp.
5. wash 1X PBS
6. add DAPI (1mg/ml) 1:1000 dilution
7. leave 12 minutes at room temp.
8. wash 1X PBS
