You can obtain the software today at an Educational Discount.

Software House International (SHI)
Software Prices, visit: Software House International: The software licensing vendor for the University of California. To view the catalog, visit their web site. Or call 1-800-527-6389 ext 8362
You can obtain the software licenses and installation CD-ROMs for select products at Software Licensing Prices, which is often cheaper than the educational discount. Licenses are emailed in a day or two. The CD media and manuals are mail ordered, which normally takes two-three weeks. TRC offers lower prices on select products, through the software agreement shared by all 10 UC Campuses.
