How to Configure Eudora:
As of June 1st, all ITSA email clients using Eudora must configure it to allow authentication, which can only done with version 4.3 or higher.
If you are running a version earlier than 4.3, then you must download, install, and upgrade your Eudora Client. You can download Eudora 5.0 (Mac or PC) from ITS, here.
In Eudora, go to the menubar, click on "Special/Settings." On the Left side panel select "Sending Mail" and in the middle "check" the "Allow Authorization" box.
