Try Printing the PDF as an image.
If you're printing from Acrobat Reader 4.x, you can use this option to render the pages as bitmap images before sending them to the printer, and bypassing an PostScript-related problems.
1. Choose File/Print
2. Choose Acrobat 4.0 from the pop-up menu:
3. Choose Print as Image from the Print Method pop-up menu:
4. Click Print.
