Follow
these steps to determine the problem.
1.
Print a different PDF file.
If
the file prints correctly, then the PDF file that doesn't print correctly
may be damaged.
If
the file didn't print correctly, then continue to the next step.
2.
Print a different type of file.
If
the printer is able to print a different file type (i.e. MS Word document),
then the problem is not with the printer.
If
the pritner is unable to print a different file type, then the problem
may be insuffient memory, or a poor connection between the computer
and printer Continue with the next steps.
3.
Restart your computer, then print the PDF file.
If
the file prints correctly, then the computer either had too many applications
open or not enough memory allocated to the application.
If
the file did not print correctly, then comtinue to the next step.
4.
Print from another computer.
If
the file prints correctly, then the computer you first tried to print
from may not be connected to the orginal printer or to the network.

Print a file to another printer.
